Family Tech Concierge.
Ongoing help for a parent, with family updates. A quick help is a call or text, up to 10 minutes, answered within 1 business day. Per household. 3-month minimum, then cancel anytime before your next billing date. Pay yearly and get 12 months for the price of 11. Plans with home visits are $30 more a month in our extended travel area.

- No travel fee: Fairfax County (except the Mount Vernon, Lorton, Fort Belvoir and Kingstowne/Franconia areas), the City of Fairfax, Falls Church, Arlington, and eastern Loudoun (Sterling, Ashburn, Leesburg, South Riding, Brambleton and Aldie).
- $35 travel fee: Washington, DC, Alexandria, the Mount Vernon, Lorton, Fort Belvoir and Kingstowne areas, western Loudoun, Prince William County and Manassas, Montgomery County, and most of Prince George’s County. We check your ZIP code when you book.
- Outside our home-visit area: southern and eastern Prince George’s (parts of Bowie, Mitchellville, Upper Marlboro, Largo, Accokeek, Brandywine, Cheltenham and Aquasco), plus Dumfries (22025) and Triangle (22172). Remote help works anywhere.

How do I pay?
You pay in full by card before your visit: after you book, we email you a secure payment link. Free to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours or for a no-show, we keep $50 for home visits and Scam Shield, or $25 for remote help. One free emergency reschedule a year. We never accept gift cards, wire transfers or cryptocurrency, and we never ask for payment by phone out of the blue.
Can I book for a parent?
Yes. A son, daughter or other relative can book for a parent. You can join the session in person or by phone.
Do you help by phone or video?
Yes. Many questions can be solved remotely, wherever you are: book remote help ($49 for 30 minutes, $89 for an hour). Home visits cover the DC metro area. See the service area.
