Our Story
We started with a simple goal: make tech less frustrating for older adults.
Senior Tech Assist began when our founder noticed his own parents struggling to do basic digital tasks—like checking email, joining Zoom calls, or avoiding spam. There were plenty of tech tutorials online, but none made for older adults. That’s when we stepped in to fill the gap—with easy-to-follow help, no jargon, and a lot of patience. Since then, we’ve helped individuals, families, and organizations bring clarity and connection back to technology.
