Do you offer in-person tech help outside Northern Virginia?
At this time, in-person sessions are limited to Northern Virginia. Virtual sessions are available nationwide.
I’m not very good with computers. Can I still get help?
Absolutely. That’s exactly why we’re here. We explain everything in plain language, at your pace, with no pressure.
How do I download one of your free guides?
Just click the link at the top of the page, choose a guide, and click the Download button. If you're stuck, contact us—we'll walk you through it.
What happens during a 1-on-1 tech help session?
You’ll talk to a real person who’ll guide you step-by-step. It can be over the phone or video—whatever you're most comfortable with.
Do I need to install anything to use your services?
No. Most of our guides work on your browser or as simple downloads. We’ll let you know if anything special is needed—and help you get it set up.
Is there a cost to using this service?
Many of our guides and tips are completely free. For 1-on-1 help or workshops, we’ll always show you the price upfront—no surprises.
