Plan terms
- Per household: one home, any family members who live there.
- A quick help is a call or text, up to 10 minutes, answered within 1 business day.
- 3-month minimum, then cancel anytime before your next billing date.
- Pay yearly and get 12 months for the price of 11: $3,289 a year.
- In our extended travel area, this plan is $329 a month ($3,619 a year). Travel areas
- Unused visits, check-ins and quick helps don’t roll over.
- Extra help beyond the plan is 15% off our one-time prices.
